New Client Policy

As a first-time client, you are required to pre-pay your first appointment in full to secure your booking. A full refund will be provided if you cancel your appointment within the full 48 hours’ notice period.

As a first-time client with a gift voucher, you must state the gift voucher number to secure your booking.
